This policy explains what personal data Visperah Tech collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We are a remote-first B2B software agency. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. This clears your saved choice and reloads the page.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name, and message you type into it. That is the only personal data you actively give us. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics 4 also collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, and referring site.
Why we collect it
Contact form data is used for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. We do not use either for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies until you choose. Google Analytics is loaded with Google Consent Mode v2 and analytics storage denied by default, so no _ga cookie is written unless you press Accept. If you press Reject, Google receives an anonymous, cookieless signal that a page was viewed and nothing is stored on your device. You can change your choice at any time using the button above.
Who else sees your data
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by email through Brevo, our email delivery provider, and are received in Google's Gmail. Analytics data, if you consent, is processed by Google. We share your data with no one else, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to answer you and to maintain a record of the engagement, and we delete them on request. Google Analytics data is retained on Google's default schedule.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, where it applies to you, the EU GDPR, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Ask through the contact form and we will act on it. You may also complain to your data protection regulator — SDAIA in Saudi Arabia, or your national authority in the EU.
